MI GORENG ACEH Ancient Indonesian Food Recipes

ingredients:
300 grams lomi
1 tomato, cut into pieces
100 grams of chicken fillets, cut into 1/2 cm
150 grams of sprouts moyasi
1 leek, cut into 1cm
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
100 ml broth
1 tablespoon oil, for sauteing

seasoning:
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 eggs hazelnut
2 cm turmeric, grilled

How to Make:
Saute ground spices until fragrant. Add the chicken. Stir until changes color. Add the tomatoes. Stir well.
Add lomi, spring onion, chilli sauce, curry powder, soy sauce, and chili powder. Stir well.
Add salt and sugar. Stir well. Pour broth. Cook until done.

Hoe te maken:
Bak gemalen kruiden tot geurig. Voeg de kip toe. Roer tot verandert van kleur. Voeg de tomaten. Goed roeren.
Voeg lomi, lente-ui, chilisaus, kerriepoeder, sojasaus, en chilipoeder. Goed roeren.
Voeg zout en suiker. Goed roeren. Giet bouillon. Kook gaar.
Richting verwijderd voeren spruiten. Goed roeren. Lift. Serveren.
