AYAM GORENG SERUNDENG BETAWI Ancient Indonesian Food Recipes

Chicken Ingredients:
     1 chicken (1,100 grams), cut into 14 sections
     200 ml of coconut water
     2 bay leaves
     2 stalks lemongrass, take the whiteness, crushed
     oil for frying

Chicken Seasoning:
     8 red onions
     4 cloves of garlic
     1 tablespoon coriander
     3/4 teaspoon salt
     1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
     2 cm turmeric
     2 grains hazelnut, roasted

Serundeng Ingredients:
     400 grams of grated coconut rough
     2 teaspoons tamarind water, (from 1/2 teaspoon tamarind and 2 teaspoons of water)
     2 bay leaves
     1 stalk lemongrass, take the whiteness, crushed
     1 teaspoon salt
     1 tablespoon granulated sugar
     1 tablespoon oil for sauteing

Serundeng Seasoning:
     2 teaspoons coriander
     1/4 teaspoon cumin
     2 cloves of garlic
     1 cm galangal
     4 red onions

How to Make:
     Boil chicken, ground spices, coconut milk, bay leaves, and lemongrass. Ungkep until cooked. Lift. Fry until cooked.
     Serundeng: heat the oil. Saute ground spices, bay leaves, and lemongrass until fragrant. Add salt and sugar. Stir well.
     Enter the grated coconut and tamarind water. Cook until dry.
     Serve with a sprinkling of fried chicken and fried shallots serundeng.

Seroendeng Ingrediƫnten:
     400 gram geraspte kokos ruwe
     2 theelepels tamarinde water, (van 1/2 theelepel tamarinde en 2 theelepels water)
     2 laurierblaadjes
     1 stengel citroengras, neem de witheid, geplet
     1 theelepel zout
     1 eetlepel kristalsuiker
     1 eetlepel olie voor sauteren

Seroendeng kruiden:
     2 theelepels koriander
     1/4 theelepel komijn
     2 teentjes knoflook
     1 cm laos
     4 rode uien

Hoe te maken:
     Kook kip, gemalen kruiden, kokosmelk, laurier, en citroengras. Ungkep gaar. Lift. Bak gaar.
     Seroendeng: verwarm de olie. Bak gemalen kruiden, laurier en citroengras tot geurig. Voeg zout en suiker. Goed roeren.
     Voer de geraspte kokos en tamarinde water. Koken tot droog.
     Serveer met een beregening van gebakken kip en gebakken sjalotten seroendeng.
